Architectural Control and Design Guidelines
In keeping with the original goals to have Black Rock remain in the unique development that it is
today, these Design Guidelines have been established to assist the Owner in all steps taken
in the dwelling and site plan design phase.
The Design Review Committee is made up of four (4) members of the Black Rock HOA who were appointed by the Board of Directors. Those members are: Chairperson, Rodney Woods, Andy Smith, Kevin Westfall and Tony Zanetti.
